IPGA is delighted to announce that the seventh edition of ‘The Pulses Conclave 2025’ will be held from February 12th to 14th, 2025, at the prestigious G20 summit venue Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

IPGA’s biennial event ‘The Pulses Conclave’ popularly known as TPC has enjoyed resounding success during its previous editions and is recognised as the world’s largest conference-cum-exhibition of the pulses sector that attracts delegates from across the globe. The seventh edition of TPC will be themed around “Pulses for Prosperity – Nourishment with Sustainability,” and will explore the critical role of pulses in driving sustainable agricultural practices, enhancing global food security, and contributing to economic prosperity. This biennial gathering is an ideal platform for high-level discussions, insights into the latest industry trends, and collaboration opportunities that will shape the future of the pulses sector.

The Pulses Conclave 2025 will bring together eminent personalities, policymakers, senior government officials, researchers, foreign missions, promotional agencies, processing houses, exporters, importers, traders, service providers, a large number of international value chain participants.

The Pulses Conclave 2025 will focus on several key areas, including:

REGISTRATION FOR THE PULSES CONCLAVE 2025

The Registration Fees for each Delegate and his/her Spouse are as follows:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Above cost exclude taxes. In the event of any change in Taxes by the Government of India, these rates will change accordingly from the date such changes are enforced by the Government of India.
  2. All IPGA Patrons (whose patronship fees are fully paid till date) shall receive UNIQUE Code on their registered email id to register for the Conclave.
  3. Indian Delegates who are not IPGA Patrons should use the link given below to register for the Conclave.
  4. Person registered as SPOUSE will be entitled to attend the Welcome Dinner, Gala Dinner as well as lunch on Feb. 12th, 13th and 14th.
  5. Person registered as SPOUSE shall not be entitled to attend Business Sessions
  6. All International Delegates shall pay in US Dollars. International Delegates will automatically get the applicable rates once they choose the “Country” field in the Registration Process.
  7. All International Delegates MUST read the VISA APPLICATION PROCESS before proceeding to Register.

1.⁠ ⁠Check-In Time is 2 pm and Check-Out time is 12 noon.
2.⁠ ⁠Early check-in will be provided by hotel officials subject to availability of the room category booked by you. In case you anticipate arriving early, please book your room directly from the hotel for the previous day also to get guaranteed early check-in.
3.⁠ ⁠Late check-out will be provided by hotel officials subject to availability. In case you need a guaranteed late check-out, please book for an additional night directly from the hotel.
4.⁠ ⁠The above costs are exclusive of taxes. In the event of any change in Taxes by the Government of India, these rates will change accordingly from the date such changes are enforced by the Government of India.
5.⁠ ⁠Any expenses incurred for room service or restaurants will be payable by delegate at the time of check-out.
6.⁠ ⁠The hotel will take a Credit Card Pre-Authorization at the time of check-in to cover incidental expenses if any incurred during your stay.
