Friends, IPGA recently launched the IPGA KNOWLEDGE SERIES with the aim of being a knowledge hub of the pulses sector. The IPGA KNOWLEDGE SERIES is a series of webinars / virtual meetings on subjects that are of critical interest to the pulses sector in India and world at large. These webinars will have eminent and expert panelists discussing the topic threadbare.
We have successfully hosted two webinars with over 900 participants from across 25 countries attending both webinars. The first webinar was on the path-breaking reforms announced by the Indian Government and their impact on the agri-marketing space and the second webinar was on the outlook for Desi and Kabuli Chickpeas.
Our next webinar, scheduled for September 11, 2020 will be on LENTILS. We are in the process of inviting domain experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, NAFED, International Speakers from Canada, Australia, Turkey, Middle East and of course India. The webinar will be moderated by Mr. Anurag Tulshan, Managing Director – Esarco Exim Pvt. Ltd and IPGA’s East Zone Convenor.
The Lentils webinar will extensively cover topics like Domestic Production, Supply & Demand position; NAFED’s Procurement, Stock and Selling Policies; Global and Indian price outlook for Lentils, India’s import policy and tariff, etc.
