3rd National Pulses Seminar 2021

INDIA PULSES AND GRAINS ASSOCIATION (IPGA) will be hosting its 3rd National Pulses Seminar on February 10 and 11, 2021 to celebrate the 5th WORLD PULSES DAY. A critical part of the National Pulses Seminar will be a discussion on the recently introduced agricultural reforms to boost domestic production as well as new opportunities in the agri sector, specifically in pulses.

IPGA will be hosting the seminar virtually. Since the language of the seminar will primarily be in English, we have arranged for LIVE ENGLISH – HINDI – ENGLISH TRANSLATION for all participants. Registration for the National Pulses Seminar is absolutely FREE OF COST.

As a part of the Seminar, we will also be celebrating the 5th World Pulses Day on February 10 with a special Panel Discussion with Nutritionists, Dieticians, Doctors, etc. on Health Benefits of Pulses and their contribution to nutritional security.

The National Pulses Seminar will also have sessions to discuss important and critical subjects like How Agriculture Sector Reforms have helped in boosting domestic pulses production; New opportunities in the Pulses sector with technology and value addition; Review of Rabi Crop and overview of entire crop year; Weather expectations for the forthcoming Kharif Season for 2021-22; Advances in Pulses research as well as Panel Discussions on Tur, Urad and Moong; Masoor; Desi Chana; Kabuli Chana; Peas and Beans.
